All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. Refunds for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and activities are subject entirely to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation eligibility, penalties, and timelines are determined by the supplier's policy. Some bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by the supplier, it may take several business days to weeks to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the supplier and your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain fares, promotional rates, and special deals are strictly non-refundable. This will be communicated to you before booking wherever possible. Please review the terms carefully before confirming.

Partial Refunds
