We provide travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking assistance for flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, airport transfers, activities, and other travel-related services. All bookings are subject to availability.

All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the supplier's policy. Service fees apply for itinerary planning, booking assistance, changes, cancellations, and other support services. All payments are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.

All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers. We will assist you in the best possible way; however, refunds are not guaranteed.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, required documents, vaccinations, and meet all entry/exit requirements of the destination country. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

Prices are dynamic and may change at any time until the booking is confirmed. We are not responsible for errors in pricing or availability displayed on our website by third-party systems.

We strongly recommend all travelers to purchase travel insurance. We can assist in purchasing travel insurance, but we are not responsible for claims or reimbursements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Reservation Desk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or third-party travel services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
